Foccus — Shake & Focus

1. OVERVIEW
Foccus helps you stay focused by locking a few of your apps for a session you choose. The app is built to work without collecting your personal data. This policy explains what stays on your device and the limited data our providers process.

2. WE DO NOT COLLECT PERSONAL DATA
There is no account and no sign-up. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts or location. We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

3. SCREEN TIME AND FAMILY CONTROLS
To lock apps, Foccus uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls / Managed Settings) framework, which you authorise once.
- The apps you pick are handled by iOS through opaque tokens. Foccus cannot read their names, their icons or your usage.
- Your app selection and the lock schedule never leave your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
- You can withdraw this authorisation at any time in iOS Settings > Screen Time.

4. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The following is stored only on your device (including the app group shared with the app's extensions and widget):
- Points, level, streak and badges
- Session history (duration, start time, whether the session was completed)
- Your app pool selection and preferences (theme, language, notifications)
Deleting the app deletes this data. We keep no copy of it.

5. PURCHASES
Foccus Pro is sold as an in-app purchase through Apple. Payments are processed by Apple; we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription infrastructure provider. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier plus purchase and receipt data, so it can validate your Pro access and restore it on your devices. This data is not used to identify you personally.

6. NOTIFICATIONS AND LIVE ACTIVITIES
If you allow notifications, Foccus schedules them locally on your device to tell you when a session ends. Live Activity and Dynamic Island content is generated on your device. Nothing is pushed from our servers.

7. SUPPORT REQUESTS
If you write to us through our support page, we receive the email address, subject and message you provide, and we store them only to answer you.

8. CHILDREN
Foccus is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published at this address and the date above is revised.
